Cooking Louisiana  -  Deep Fried Fresh Sausage
Deep Fried Fresh Sausage makes a good appetizer for the party. Deep Fried Fresh Sausage is really easy to do and pretty good.

Cut the fresh no smoked sausage in 1 - 2" pieces.

Heat cooking oil to 325ºF. If the oil is too hot the outside cooks too fast.

Drop the sausage in and cook for about 3 minutes.

Alternative.... Remove sausage from casing, form balls and dip into Fish Fry then fry.
