Oh those leftovers... What to do, what to do? Many
delicious transformations can be done with those leftover foods, transformations to
almost completely different dishes. Since you can freeze leftovers
safely, save them for future quick dishes.
Note: the word "Size" means chop into
bite sized pieces or pieces that fit the dish.
Beef Pot Roast
Beef Stew - Size and add carrots, corn, potatoes, celery bell
pepper and onion. Make a little additional gravy and season to taste

- Follow your favorite pot pie recipe
Spaghetti
- Remove most of the gravy,
size and add to your favorite spaghetti.
Beef Pasta - French cut it (size and
shape of french fries) and use this
recipe.
Sandwiches - Pot roast makes a great
sandwich on french bread or on a bun. Also...size and add
barbecue sauce for a barbecue beef sandwich. Add some steak sauce
for another variation.
Beans - Size and add to a pot of beans
Jambalaya or Dressing - Size and add...
Soup - Add to your vegetable

Note: If you have previously frozen a small
portion of pork roast combine the two for the above dishes.
